“Utter Disappointing stay – Not worth the price”

The stay was quite disappointing, especially given how expensive KPop Haus in Seoul is. The biggest problem was getting into the room: we had to climb four floors on extremely narrow, steep stairs while lugging luggage, which was very inconvenient and exhausting. The room felt more like a small condo with very limited space. Bathroom fixtures looked blackened and poorly maintained, raising concerns about overall upkeep. The bed was very uncomfortable, often feeling like it would fall out of the sides while sleeping. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of accommodation, cleanliness, comfort, and location. Neither the room’s appearance nor its location justified the cost. Because the property used self‑check‑in, there was no easy way to talk to someone or request a room change when we ran into these issues. Overall, this stay didn’t offer value for money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to travelers looking for comfortable lodging at that price. The property should clearly communicate the steep stair access and set expectations about room size and condition before guests book.

It was cleaner than I expected, and walking around Seoul Station, Namdaemun, and Myeongdong was great. The spot was good, but Google Maps made it hard to find the address; even when I asked the 7‑11 staff nearby, the address didn’t show up, so I struggled a lot. I barely made it, and the steep stairs made the descent even more dizzying, so extra caution was needed.
