Letizia welcomed us with a friendly smile even though we arrived later than planned because of traffic, explaining everything in detail. The room was perfect, clean, smelled great, and the neighborhood was quiet. It’s well connected to the city center by bus, though you can walk there easily. I’d definitely stay again.

A very pleasant host, always listening and offering good advice, kept the room spotless and equipped it with air‑conditioning and a fridge. The bedding was excellent, though the breakfast was just a packed basket. We did hear traffic noise and the owners’ dog from time to time, which made it hard to sleep deeply.

Very comfortable place and loved the warm hospitality that Letizia showed us. We came in late Friday night and Letizia was nice enough to extend the check in till the time we came in. A great place in Rome!

My spouse is a celiac and gluten free food was a big reason why we went to Rome. The host, Letizia, was extremely accommodating in that regard. Our stash of gluten free breakfast items was stocked each morning, which we were super grateful for. We noticed that precisely whatever we ate that morning was restocked the next day so it's clear Letizia has attention to detail. Our room was spotless each time we got back from the city which made the stay even more enjoyable. Super comfortable beds, working AC, semi-private balcony and blinds that made the room completely dark are great features too. Our particular room wasn't very suitable for long stays. We were fine (3 days), but if you're packing a lot of clothes, there isn't much room to store it. If you're a bigger person, you might have issues with showering. We have pretty average body builds so we managed ok, but it still felt a little cramped at times
