Hotel Erica

The hotel is really beautiful; outside it only has three stars, but inside it feels like a four‑star place. It was recently renovated, with wood everywhere and a very polished look. There are two heated pools with whirlpools, not huge but well maintained. The spa is great, offering free access to a sauna, a bio‑sauna, and a Turkish bath. The restaurant is stunning and the food is excellent. The staff are super friendly and attentive to every request. There’s also a kids’ area where they can have fun and spend enjoyable moments. The modern‑style room is clean, spacious, with a mountain view and balcony. The only shortcoming I found was the lack of fresh milk for breakfast, but I liked the on‑the‑spot omelette with bacon.

“Relax”

Excellent location, close to many ski resorts, with well‑trained and friendly staff. The offered services are great: pool, whirlpool, sauna, massage rooms, and more. Clean and comfortable; we will definitely return.

The property is meticulously detailed, with stylish furnishings that feel very welcoming. The staff’s kindness and the range of services made our holiday perfect. The food is superb, high quality, and very varied. We appreciated everything. The location is ideal for enjoying plenty of peace.

“Tutto ottimo, consiglio!”

The hotel sits in a beautiful spot, with new, spacious rooms and finely furnished common areas like the bar and reception. The large parking is very convenient, and the SPA area is truly excellent. The kitchen deserves praise: quality products and a varied dinner menu, especially the evening with typical dishes, bread selection, and salad buffet. Breakfast is plentiful: homemade cakes and cookies, fresh juices, and a staff member dedicated to making savory crepes, omelettes, etc. The highlight was the strudel, one of the best I’ve ever tasted (and the chance to order it before leaving is an unmissable perk!). Recommended! However, several points could be improved: 1. The coffee and milk from the automatic machine in the breakfast/dinner room are low quality; an espresso prepared by an operator would be better. At dinner there was too much line at the salad buffet and few replacements for items if you arrived after 19:30. In general, portions in dishes were too small. 2. The staff were distant and initial information insufficient; we only discovered the weekly program on the second evening by spotting a board outside the breakfast/dinner room. 3. It was impossible to adjust the thermostat in the room, with heating only turning on late at night. 4. SPA and pool: more care is needed in cleaning the tubs and water. Additionally, the outdoor pool was covered by the solarium, losing a lot compared to when it was open. It needs a bit more attention, but overall recommended.
