Classic style and location. The rooms were cold and noisy from the street.

The hotel’s location and historic charm make it a stunning landmark in Lourdes, and it’s spot‑on, tidy, and cozy. The front desk staff, especially Cecilia, were truly delightful. The bed was comfy with fresh linens, and the bathrooms were spotless. However, the wood floors in the rooms hadn’t been cleaned in a while, so my bare feet got quite dirty when I walked to the bathroom in the morning. The bedding and furnishings look a bit outdated, and the restaurant’s food and service are just average.
