Location. 1. Reception wasn't friendly 2. Room is unclean 3. Bathroom has broken parts not fixed 4. Too expensive for the quality of this hotel

The TV was broken and the staff seemed indifferent, though they eventually managed to fix it. I had to cover the screen with a coat because the TV wouldn’t turn off, so I could only put it to sleep.

I liked the great location that met all my needs, and the nearby restaurants and shops were nice. The steps were steep to walk up and down, and the property needs both interior and exterior updates. I ended up paying more than the quoted price, not a huge difference, but it was disappointing.

The staff were friendly and approachable, but the property was very run down and we couldn’t keep the full booking; the location wouldn’t reimburse anything. The area felt unpleasant, so the situation was misrepresented.
