“Good customer service”

The place feels safe, and there’s plenty of parking that’s secure. The shower worked flawlessly with hot water at all times, and the Wi‑Fi was reliable. The Smart TV operated smoothly, and the sheets were spotless. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. I did wish there were a small kitchen in the room—like a mini fridge, kettle, or microwave—since breakfast isn’t offered and ordering Uber Eats for three days was a hassle. It would be great if the host supplied free water or coffee sachets, or at least sold them, because having to run out to a tuck shop for water was inconvenient.

The hot water was steady, the bed was comfortable, and the charging station beside the bed was handy. The TV, however, didn’t work, and the view from the room was disappointing.

“Safe and secured stay at low budget.”

Security was solid, the shower always had hot water, and the Wi‑Fi was superfast. There was a TV with Netflix and functional remotes. On the downside, there was no place to hang clothes, the toilet was too close to the basin, and a fan would have been useful during hot summer nights.
