“Pretty decent hotel stay, but can definitely be improved!”
The location was amazing, right on foot to PVJ Mall, with plenty of food spots, coffee shops, regular stores and even a cinema. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the bathroom stayed pretty clean while I was there. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The bathroom itself was cramped. I’m not sure what happened after day one when they cleaned, but the water drained slowly on days two and three. Breakfast variety could use improvement; there was no egg station, so you had to ask a staff member for eggs, which felt odd when you wanted four. The TV was a standard set, not smart, and only offered a limited number of local channels. The centralised air‑conditioning felt like a gimmick; the temperature control seemed designed to please rather than to keep the room warm or cool.
