Cotford Hotel, a gothic Victorian landmark built in 1851, blends original charm with modern luxury. Set within award‑winning mature gardens, it lies minutes from Malvern Town Centre, theatre, cinema, and hills, yet remains road‑quiet. All non‑smoking en‑suite rooms feature contemporary amenities. The AA‑rosette restaurant L’amuse Bouche serves French‑style cuisine using local produce; lounge offers hot drinks. Free on‑site parking.

The setting was beautiful, the staff lovely and attentive, and I couldn't ask for more. Lots of quirky design touches and everything was well kept. I would definitely recommend it. Nothing to add.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and always smiling. The food was delicious and great value, and the wine matched well. The steps up into the en‑suite in the bishops room were a problem; there was no suitable low light to avoid disturbing my husband when getting up in the dark, and the en‑suite was rather small.

I loved the staff and felt at home, and since I was traveling alone I felt safe and welcomed. I just would have liked a bath; otherwise the hotel was fine.

I loved the hotel’s prime spot, but it was a shame the restaurant was shut during the evenings I was there.

The breakfast was solid and the location was great, plus the place was quiet; the pillows, however, felt too firm.
