The breakfast was enough and the atmosphere was calm. The SPA temperature made the pool feel quite cold, and the thermostat or temperature control console in the room didn’t work; outside it was 2‑3 °C while inside it stayed at 20‑21 °C. I asked for a chair on the terrace, but it was denied because “they will probably close them all during winter,” even though every balcony had two. The sauna was broken, even though it was an extra cost.

The room was beautiful and the view was stunning. The massage was amazing.

I really liked everything from the reception to the departure service; the staff were very kind and I would definitely come back. I did have some unpleasant moments.
