The elevator is terrible and makes a noise. The bed is yellow. The shower head is broken and sprays everywhere when turned on. The price is high but the equipment is terrible. I don't understand where the good reviews come from

The sheets were never changed, full of hair and itchy, the service attitude was poor, the price didn’t match the experience, the air‑conditioner didn’t cool, and the only decent thing was that the bathroom water pressure was relatively strong.
