The staff were amazing—especially Hanefe and the other guy at the restaurant—and the location was great; everything else was good.

The spot is spot on, the place stays spotless, and the staff are friendly and ready to help.

The team was incredibly helpful and welcoming, covering almost everything; Rashid and Serhat did a great job and their advice was spot‑on, the complimentary breakfast was superb, and Rıza and Hanife managed the buffet excellently with everything fresh.

The hotel feels like a gorgeous cave, the room is beautiful with carved walls, the bathroom has indirect lighting and is huge, and everything is very clean—it's a boutique family hotel with extremely kind staff. The stairs to the breakfast area are a drawback.
