The hotel was very pretty, clean, and comfortable. The food was delicious even though there weren't always many options, but overall it was fantastic. Some reception staff were not very friendly, but in general the whole team was attentive and cordial.

The space was wide. The staff service was terrible, there were too many vendors on the beach, and the person who tended the tents didn't do his job well. When you arrive at the hotel no one takes you to your room. There's a lot of noise and commotion at the pool.

Overall everything was excellent, though I did notice some housekeeping slip‑ups: the body‑wash soap ran out on the second night and was never refilled during the four‑night, five‑day stay, so we ended up using shampoo for everything, and the coffee provided was powdered, leaving residue on the countertop that wasn’t cleaned the next day; they seemed to sweep but not mop. Apart from that, everything was superb 🫶🏻🙏🏻✌🏼.
