“Suciedad”
The location was good, but the first room we were given was very dirty, with hair and nails on the floor and bed. We asked for a change and they complied, so that part was fine. Still, it was clear the room wasn’t fully cleaned because the shampoo, gel, and bath soap bottles were empty. After seeing the second room, it was actually decent.
The location was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The towels were stained and one even had a slight smell, and the places were dirty.
The staff were very friendly and the hotel enjoys a nice central location, but the room only had a single chair for two guests.
“Was the worse”
Very disappointing experience I booked and paid online for a family room, expecting to stay together with my children. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our children had to sleep in a separate room. How can a hotel expect a 7-year-old child to sleep alone in a separate room, especially when the room was far away from ours? This was completely unacceptable for us as parents. I asked if they could give us a larger room, and I was willing to pay the extra cost. They told us that there was no larger room available. I then requested a refund so that we could leave and find another hotel where our family could stay together, but they refused. In the end, we were forced to pay for an additional room that we did not use, simply because the hotel would not provide another solution. We paid for two rooms but could only use one, and the room we were given was also very small. If the hotel does not allow children to stay in the same room as their parents, they should not accept a family-room booking in the first place. This should have been clearly communicated before accepting our reservation and payment. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I feel that we were treated unfairly and that we were forced to pay extra money for a situation that should never have happened. “Comfortable but room for improvement”
The rooms were comfortable and convenient, but I think the price could be lower for a longer stay.
