The service was just too slow.
We stayed on the seventh floor and the rooms were nice, plus the English‑speaking staff were friendly and even arranged a cab for us, making the early‑morning airport transfer smooth. However, the ground‑floor room had a strong bad smell, power cutouts happened often, and ordering food was a mess; you’ll need a mosquito net because the mosquitoes can bite you hard (that didn’t happen on the seventh floor).
