Our driver, Dominic, was truly exceptional, and we were fortunate to have him show us the Big 5 and other incredible animals during our safari drives. Unfortunately, there's no mention of any negative aspects in this review.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly staff, who made our stay truly enjoyable. However, I was disappointed by the lack of internet in the rooms, the mediocre quality of food, and the inconsistent cleanliness of the cars, which were often not cleaned from one day to the next. To make matters worse, the car that picked us up at the airport was dirty, and it wasn't cleaned the next day either.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, thanks to the attentive, warm, and kind staff, who provided top-notch service. Our driver, Sam, was truly excellent and knowledgeable, making our game drives truly unforgettable. However, I was not comfortable with the presence of bugs, frogs, and other creatures inside the tent, and I also missed having internet access within the tents, which forced me to venture to the lobby to stay connected.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel, which exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and safe, with exceptional staff who made us feel welcome and catered to our every need. The food was incredible, and the twice-daily safari drives were the highlight of our trip, with sightings of the Big 5 and many more incredible animals. We were truly sad to leave this amazing place and its wonderful staff.

Our stay was truly unforgettable, with a fantastic location that felt like a real oasis in the wilderness. The facilities were top-notch, and our Glam Tent was perfectly situated on the bend of the Mara River, where we got to see hippos every day. While it was a bit noisy, it only added to the excitement. The staff were incredibly attentive, and our Head Waiter, Peter, and Guide and Driver, David, went above and beyond to make our trip magical.
