“Excellent choix de maison suédoise”

A bit off‑center from Fjällbacka’s town centre, but the view is absolutely worth it. A small path through greenery and little Swedish houses leads to the centre. Idyllic. The house is comfortable and pleasant to live in. Inside everything is practical and functional. We really enjoyed staying there. We’ll come back :) Small note: the house isn’t suitable for very young children or people with mobility issues, because the staircase to the twin beds is very steep!

Great location, clean. Equipped kitchen. Comfortable. The only drawback – extra charge for sheets and towels and the room is too small for luggage.

“Ruhiges Häuschen an der Küste.”

A bright, airy little house that comfortably fits 3-4 people and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The view is pretty and the location is very quiet, yet the city center is only 10 minutes away and the beach is 5‑10 minutes. There’s a parking spot with a charging station right next to the building. The box‑spring bed feels too soft for our taste. The door code didn’t work at first, but it was fixed within minutes. The steep ladder to the upper floor isn’t suitable for small children.

“OK til prisen”

The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very soft. The cleaning was not quite top‑class. There was a lot of paperwork for the stay – a cumbersome onboarding with various insurance documents, etc. We had ordered sheets and towels, but they weren’t there; they arrived quickly afterwards.

“Schöne Unterkunft”

The location and view are beautiful, although the pictures gave a different impression. The house is very inviting and cozy, with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and we slept well. We didn’t like the arrival process at all. There were communication problems with the host. They only gave us the door code after we paid a deposit, which felt odd and had never happened before. When I tried to pay, it didn’t work. In the end, we stood helpless at the door for two hours. After I reached out, we were let in, but the booking was still cancelled. I had to book and pay again directly with the host. The whole thing was very complicated and annoying. Bookings involving AJF Dream Living are best avoided. The upper floor is also hard to use; the ladder is steep, so you can’t bring luggage up. I had to clean the oven completely before using it, including the tray and the rack.
