The location was excellent in a nice neighborhood, and the room featured a lovely balcony, but the layout was odd, the room was too small for luggage, the shower flooded slightly, and some outlets were exposed.

The location is perfect, the property is very pretty and spotless, the staff are super helpful throughout, even handling luggage according to check‑in and check‑out times, and water, coffee, and tea are always available; it was truly a nice experience, though the only downside was that they only changed the towels on the first day, which perhaps we should have requested.

We loved the fantastic location and the beds and pillows were quite comfortable, yet the bathroom was not a reception area, the exhaust fan was a dusty hole, the broken and unusable shower alcove had no hanging support, the bathroom was built into a wardrobe space so small that opening the door hit the bed, there were cockroaches at the entrance (not the hotel’s fault), and the staff violated regulations by demanding digital DNI copies and forcing us to email them.

We really liked the room—it was all organized and clean. The hostel is a bit far from Madrid’s center, but that doesn’t hinder travel; it’s a walk of less than 10 minutes to Isla Filipinas station and 15 minutes to Moncloa station, where you can catch Madrid’s free bus. In 20–30 minutes you reach the center. The staff are all very polite and helpful, and they let us leave our bags there after check‑out. I recommend staying here.
