“Extremely poor cleanliness and hygiene standards”
Great location and reasonable price. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable: visible black mould around the kitchen windows and along the balcony door tracks; kitchen utensils and pans were not washed, leaving sticky food residue; the toilet bowl was dirty and had not been cleaned before check‑in; carpets throughout the apartment were filthy and an unidentified, disgusting stain (looked like vomit) lay right in front of the master bedroom bed. Hygiene and basic cleaning standards were extremely poor. I would strongly recommend management conduct a deep clean before hosting future guests.
