The place is beautiful, the garden and pool overlook a nice view and are fun to sit in while the kids play. Breakfast was very good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms aren’t the most stylishly designed, and the linens weren’t changed every day, but overall it was nice.

The pool was great, and the fresh eggs at breakfast were very welcoming inside the property. After a polite request, we were allowed to visit the animals. Mrs. Paolo was super friendly and helpful. Nothing negative.

The welcome was excellent, the home‑cooked kitchen featured very good local and in‑house products. The setting was calm and kid‑friendly, the pool was kept in great condition, and the chance to see their animals made my daughter’s stay special. Mrs. Erminia’s kindness made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely return!

A beautifully renovated farmhouse surrounded by greenery. The pool was stunning, and the owners were very kind. Dinner and breakfast were also excellent, with homemade pastries. A perfect spot to relax for a few days and visit nearby Spoleto.
