The bathroom was pathetic, the toilet seat and stool were broken, and the flush didn’t work; the room wasn’t properly set up and I had to call for every little thing. The hotel name listed was wrong and I paid extra for nothing—an utterly pathetic situation.

The staff behaved very well, and nothing was wrong; everything was fine.
