The place is clean, tidy and close to famous convenient stores as well as the train station. Ms. Mayumi is exteremly helpful and nice to us, showed us everything in the japanese rules about the way they live. Helped us several times and was ready and replied instantly about any questions asked. She is so nice and sweet that made this trip 1000x times better and comfortable. 100% recommeded. The place was a little bit far away from shibuya and shinjuku

“スカイツリー＆浅草界隈の拠点にピッタリ！”

The spot is close to Ebisu Station, and the Sky Tree and Asakusa are also nearby, making sightseeing easy! The key is a code, so no key to carry. The room is small but has two separate shower and toilet stalls, plenty of cooking utensils and equipment, a washing machine, which is great for families. The host was very accommodating. However, the check‑in was not smooth because the code wasn’t sent on the day. The first‑floor room had an odor that bothered me, and I had to sleep with the emergency exit light on. The 1.2‑floor sheets were itchy and uncomfortable, and the fridge was too small for the family.
