The only good thing was the location. The hotel, elevator, lobby, and room all smelled awful. The staff was terrible; they forgot to include slippers, an iron, cold water, and the bed wasn’t a King—it was two twin beds jammed together, making sleep impossible.

A very good hotel in KLCC, I’d book it again on my next visit!

The location and rooms were good, but the reception staff were indifferent. We asked for early check‑in for two of the three rooms two days before arrival, yet they never cared and directed us to the 9th‑floor toilet to shower near the pool and test there. After many repeated requests they finally gave us a room half an hour before the regular check‑in time.
