The staff were outstanding—attentive, polite, and friendly—while the lobby looked beautiful; the location was perfect for my needs, close to everything I required. The rooms feel a bit old-fashioned and dim; even though I had a non‑smoking room, it still carried a stale smoke smell, which bothered my sensitive nose. The room size is decent, but the bathroom could use a refresh.
