“Solo una notte ma passata comodamente”

The location is great near the theatre; the staff was contacted only once by phone, which was very courteous, and everything else was handled smoothly by message, with check‑in via codes and a key box. It was very useful to have fruit juices and some packaged sweets directly in the room, especially for us who had to leave very early in the morning. The room was comfortable and large. The bathroom was really spacious and very clean, but the paint was flaking (in many places with large flakes hanging) and the baseboard at the entrance was detached and left there in a bad state. It’s a real shame because the building is nice and well‑kept, and the contrast entering the bathroom gives an effect of neglect that could be fixed with a little maintenance. That said, it does not affect our overall positive impression.

The room looks fine at first glance, and the bathroom does too, but you can't open the window that faces a dirty, communal area, and someone could even slip in through it. The bathroom has no windows, and the blackout curtain is useless because it's broken and daylight still leaks in. There are many inconveniences.

The location is good, the décor is cozy, the size is adequate, and online check‑in is a big plus. Everything is fine. The walls are forbidden, they should be painted, there's a sagging strip, and those tiny details are annoying.

La habitación cumple con lo necesario para una estancia corta. Es limpio y bien ubicado para caminar hacia el centro. La puerta de entrada a los departamentos era difícil de cerrar desde afuera, por lo que había que empujar y golpear para lograr cerrarla. Nada grave pero los huéspedes que llegan tarde o se van temprano a la mañana hacen ruido al salir. Una mañana nos despertamos con reiterados golpes en la puerta
