We spent a week here with my husband and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we arrived, thanks mainly to the family management: very kind, always smiling, helpful, and attentive, making us feel truly at home. We especially appreciated how they handled our dietary needs—without us having to pre‑notify about celiac disease and lactose intolerance, they quickly offered suitable homemade alternatives that were delicious. The breakfast deserves special mention: authentic, generous, and full of homemade products, just the way we like it. The hotel also offers a few simple yet original services that really make a difference, such as the ability to book a packed lunch for day trips, rent e‑bikes on site, and arrange guided treks and hikes. The “honesty bar” is a unique feature: in the evening a small bar area is set up with alcoholic drinks and natural infusions, and guests can serve themselves, then record their consumption in a box. A trust‑based system that we found very pleasant and in line with the family atmosphere. One night they also hosted a lovely garden aperitif with live music—a simple but special moment. The location is another major plus: surrounded by silence and nature, with a stunning mountain view, yet convenient and close to all necessary services. No issues to report.
