The central spot and quiet, silent building are great, and the tourist tax correction was helpful. However, the cleaning was poor and customer care was lacking—from the host who greeted us under working conditions to the cleaning lady who doubted what she was told and asked. The right cleaning tools were missing, they didn’t even change towels even though we stayed only two nights and three days, and we were left with a single roll of toilet paper. No courtesy set was provided.

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms were. The elevator felt a bit scary, but that’s common in the area. We enjoyed a nice view from the awesome balcony. A straight descent down the stairs behind the building leads to the free cruise shuttle, and walking to the seawall shopping and dining is easy. The bathroom and bedroom were in separate locations, which was a bit odd but not a problem.

The location is great, right by the marina and a short walk to the cruise port even with luggage. The modernised apartment has a shared kitchen and washing machine, plus a fold‑up drying line on the balcony. The bathroom is private and separate from the room. There’s an elevator to the fourth floor and the building is secure. Nothing negative.

We loved the balcony that let us see street activity; it’s close to many restaurants, a church, water, etc. Nothing we disliked.
