The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were courteous and attentive, and the terrace offered a lovely view; it’s just a 3‑minute walk to the ferry. The breakfasts start too late at 8 am, which is inconvenient when you need to leave early before the heat peaks. Soundproofing is weak – you hear everything outside, which can disturb sleep, although the island is usually quiet.

Ahmed’s service was amazing, the hotel is in a great spot, the view is good, and the rooms are excellent.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates, but the staff were incredibly flexible and accommodating; they arranged a very comfortable and reasonably priced Abu Simbel tour and even let me check out late to match my flight. I’m completely satisfied. Thank you so much!

The staff were attentive and caring; the owner did everything to make our stay wonderful, arranging arrival times, finding a taxi to Abu Simbel, and keeping communication fluid and quick. Oum Mekka was kind and at our service. We keep a great memory of our stay. The rooms were very practical and functional, with everything we needed. The location is top because it’s right next to the pier, and the rooftop lets you watch a magnificent sunset. We recommend it.
