Overall everything was great: the room was clean and the breakfast offered a good variety. However, none of the staff I spoke to at different times of day spoke English, so my concerns about the room fell on deaf ears. I had booked a King‑size bed because that was the only option listed on the site, yet I was given a double standard bed. When I asked for a change or a refund for the difference, they told me to return the next day, but the same issue persisted, so I had to leave. It wasn’t a huge problem, but I expected to get what I paid for. The room was otherwise comfortable, though the bathroom mirror light was broken.
