The owner of Sasi Residency was very rude, and the accessway was a terrible pathway with rainwater pounding and uneven soil grounds.

I wouldn't recommend this apartment. The owner only mentioned that an advance was required when I arrived, not during booking. We had reserved two 3‑bedroom AC units for six people, but those rooms were given to someone else. Instead we received a different room with four beds and one extra mattress, which was far too cramped for six. The only concession was a price drop from Rs. 3,570 to Rs. 3,070. There were no towels, Wi‑Fi, toiletries, or drinking water, and the staircase is very steep and narrow.
