Staff were very friendly. Let you bring drinks from the bar to the room. Lovely to chat to!. The toilet had some issues flushing

Location excellent. Staff wonderfully accommodating. No cutlery so difficult to stir tea!

They replied very quickly and we got our money back without any problems. It was very close to the train station, basically just a walk across the street. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, which came through the door from downstairs or another guest. I could hear everything. Rooms were very small
