Location. The property was very dirty and neglected. The kitchen needs a major renovation and cleaning, the appliances need replacement, the sofa in the room was dirty and worn. The air conditioning needs disinfection.

A huge, tidy flat with a lovely terrace, plenty of coffee pods, tea, and solid Wi‑Fi. It’s right on the main shopping street, just two steps from the beach and close to Lido train station. Check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free with a key box. The only hiccup was the hot water pressure, which was a bit weak.
