The standout element of this One-Bedroom Villa is its private hot tub. With its own entrance, the villa is air-conditioned and comprises a living area, a separate sleeping quarters, and a bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. A terrace overlooking the lake is a notable highlight, while in-villa amenities include a device for brewing tea and coffee, as well as a flat-screen television with access to streaming platforms. The accommodation is furnished with two beds.

A private terrace offers lake views, and the room includes air‑conditioning. One double bed accommodates two guests. The private bathroom contains a shower. A private entrance provides direct access to the room.
This is one of the best places to stay in Nongkhiaw. The bedroom was large, had a nice terrace, and the breakfast served in the room was good. The entrance and surrounding grounds need a lot of improvement; there was a hanging ladder that you had to step on to get in, which was quite risky with luggage.
We adored this place and wish we could have stayed longer; the room was lovely and the location perfect, with a stunning view from our window. Breakfast was tasty and everyone was very helpful.

The hotel is situated on the river, offering a view of the water and sun loungers. Breakfast is served on your own terrace in front of the room, which encouraged us to extend our stay because of the variety of activities in the town. The staff were willing and friendly, but largely incompetent, partly due to language barriers (no English, and translator apps were not used politely). Occasionally some items were forgotten at breakfast. The rooms are accessed via a steep staircase on the pool decks that needs urgent repair. For the price, one would expect better service at the reception and overall.
