The room size was fine, but the whole property was neglected: the air‑conditioning dripped, the floor was soaked, the bathroom was yellowed and unhygienic, the TV was broken, the door lock was busted and it took effort to close the door. The reception had no card reader, so card payments were impossible even though the booking said otherwise, and they lied about no Wi‑Fi except in the lobby, which wasn’t true. The pool had frogs, the breakfast lacked coffee, everything was only reheated… overall a terrible hotel with a very unfriendly lady at the front desk.

Everything was perfect, except that the only way to get to the beach is via an underground walkway, which is far from ideal.

The staff were super friendly and let us use the swimming pool even though we arrived late. Breakfast was great, the fresh fruit juice was delicious, and they even served a Moroccan “soup” that tasted like porridge. Most importantly, the mattress was very comfortable, a pleasant surprise for a hotel on the road.

Nothing works there; even paying with a credit card was impossible, it was unhygienic and very dirty. Everything was awful.
