The main advantage was the fantastic location, practically in the city centre. Walking to the Old Town, restaurants and main sights takes only a few minutes, so a car is almost unnecessary during the stay. A separate large plus is the private parking in the closed courtyard, which is really convenient for Brașov’s centre. Our room had a private balcony with a nice view of Brașov, adding a special atmosphere to the stay. I was there with a 4‑year‑old girl and want to highlight the owner’s attitude. He was very attentive and empathetic to the child and brought her Coca‑Cola, apple juice and milk. These seemingly small gestures of care are memorable and create a feeling of genuine hospitality. The room was comfortable and suitable for a short city stay. Overall we left with very pleasant impressions—convenient location, private parking, good balcony view and sincere, friendly owner. I would gladly stay here again. The drawbacks were weak internet. Also, sleeping with open windows at night is almost impossible due to street noise, so those who sleep sensitively should consider this. Since these are apartments, a few more small household items would make the stay more comfortable, such as a regular dishcloth or napkin to wipe the table or quickly tidy something on your own. It’s a minor detail, but such aspects are especially important in apartments where guests expect a bit more independence than a typical hotel room. Overall we left with very pleasant impressions—great location, private parking, nice balcony view and very friendly owner.
