The staff were polite and attentive. Great location. The room had plenty of space. Breakfast was excellent. The air‑conditioner was very noisy, making it hard to sleep. The pillows were thin. The TV had no channels, even the open ones.

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good, but there was no soap, though we had our own.

The staff were attentive, rooms clean, breakfast met expectations, there was on‑site parking, the air conditioning worked properly, the new smart TV was fully functional, the mini‑fridge was cold, the pool was clean, and overall there was nothing to complain about. The sauna was broken, although Teófilo Otoni itself is a huge sauna; otherwise everything was fine.
