A visit to Alençon and the Alpes Mancelles was a highlight.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the neighbourhood was quiet and typical. There are plenty of activities within a 45‑minute radius of Alençon—Alpes Mancelles, Bagnoles, the Sarthe valley, Sées—and the area feels friendly.

“Heerlijk verblijf in Aleçon.”

The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was roomy. It’s within walking distance of the centre, the location is very quiet, the bed is good, and I highly recommend it.

Everything was great—comfortable, clean, and the little garden with a bistro set was a nice touch. The room had all the essentials and the location was convenient; the centre is just a short walk away. The hosts were very friendly and invited us for coffee. I’d definitely suggest staying there. The only thing I’d add is a small fridge for milk, tea and cold drinks, plus plates for morning croissants.

“Lovely apartment, great location”

The apartment was very sweet, with lovely old wooden furniture made from vices, nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great. I wish there had been a small fridge, soap or shower gel (there was only a tiny bit left at the very end of a bottle), and more space to store cases. I almost spilled my water on the bedside table at night because it had slots, and a night light would have been nice.
