The hotel and staff were very accommodating, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The evening meal selection was limited, but that’s more about my personal taste than the hotel itself. The staff were again very helpful in guiding us to the right meal.

A great mix of classic and modern touches, plus a nice spa area.

The hotel is easily reachable by car, we were greeted warmly and cordially, the family room we upgraded to is very spacious and has a separate area for the children’s beds, the rooms are very clean like the rest of the hotel, but we couldn’t fully enjoy the wellness area because we had too little time; it’s a shame because it’s really inviting and well done. The only drawback was the pool, which felt too cold for us.

Very clean hotel, very nice and friendly staff, top kitchen and a variety of evening dishes, but a 14‑year‑old mattress in our room gave a very poor lying comfort, the pillows were also bad, which is unusual and unacceptable for a 4‑star hotel and a burden for well‑paying guests. The comfort room was narrow and small, the pull‑out couch was a disaster and the equipment was unacceptable. A special note: no quiet night in the comfort rooms because they are only 100 m from the main traffic road and even worse next to the 24/7 train line with freight and passenger traffic. At night there was strong noise from the rail traffic, sporadically throughout the whole night! The multi‑track station is about 500 m away. The room had a bathtub but the water was only moderately warm, also unusual for a 4‑star hotel. The hotel manager downplayed criticism and didn’t take us seriously, that’s our impression.

Friendly staff, but very loud because of the train line directly in front of the hotel.
