The staff are very nice, always smiling and eager to help. The hotel is small, so the personal touch is warm. I booked a single room, so it was perfect for me, close to many stations; a 15‑minute trip to any central Tokyo spot. It’s also convenient from the airport. The room was extremely small, especially the bathroom. I’m not tall, so I got stuck with things. I can’t imagine a couple fitting in such a room. Also, the pillow and bed were uncomfortable.

I loved my stay! I got to chat with the owner a few times, she was kind and spoke English. The spot is convenient, close to many good restaurants, and a comfortable walk from the station. The room is on the smaller side but fits me well and is normal for Japan. The view from the window is great and the room is clean—perfect distance from the busy Tokyo area, giving me peace and quiet while still being near plenty to do. I’d visit again if I could. Laundry has to be done in a spot right behind the front desk, so it can feel a bit awkward, but it’s super convenient and cheap.

The hotel is close to the metro and restaurants are very nearby, and the staff are excellent, but the double bed was tiny.

We had a very good stay, the staff were very friendly, and the room had all possible comforts. In the bathroom there’s also a cute little rubber duck. The location is excellent, and the hotel is very close to the best metro station in Tokyo. The rooms and bed were very small, the ceiling was low, and our friend, who is a bit tall, had trouble showering comfortably.
