We read the reviews and decided to try Esra Hotel for the first time, and it far exceeded what we expected. The place is obsessively clean and the staff are all friendly, warm and ready to help, making it a solid choice for couples, families or friends. I’d recommend it without hesitation – just Google “Esra Hotel” and go straight there; you won’t regret it.

The food here was seriously impressive for a 3-star hotel. They had a great selection, and the morning omelettes were a highlight. Sunday's roast dinner was a real treat, and the curries were beautiful. My only gripe was the tap beer, which was flat every day - it was like they'd forgotten to turn on the gas! But the staff made up for it, they were all brilliant, from security to reception to the bar staff, kitchen staff, and cleaners.

The food here was top-notch - I was really impressed with the quality and variety on offer. From the excellent breakfast to the delicious evening meals, everything was just spot on.

The reception staff, Esra and Arzu, were absolute stars - they were so helpful and made me feel right at home. The only downside was that the beach was a bit of a trek away, but a taxi ride of just 5 minutes got me to the nearest beach in no time.
