“good location but not 5 stars rooms-thus price too high for what it offers.”

The spa was nice, but the rooms didn't live up to a 5‑star standard – they felt a bit old, probably 3 or 4 stars at most. Plus our room was connected to the next one via a door, so I could hear everything happening in that room as if they were inside mine.

The cleaning staff and kitchen workers were nice. However, I was hit with a hidden €50/day sunbed fee, a rude manager, and a strict no‑outside‑food policy. I paid nearly €2,000 for a week – €320 per night – and at the pool I learned that standard sunbeds in the front row cost an extra €50 per day, bundled with a cabana, adding €350 for the week. The cabanas stayed empty all morning while paying guests were pushed to the back rows. Reception staff were dismissive and offered no solution. This fee wasn't listed anywhere, making it a truly hidden charge. To top it off, the manager accused us of blackmail just because we said we would complain and write a review. The hotel also forbids guests from bringing outside food; we tried ordering delivery via Wolt and were told it was not allowed. I've never seen such practices in any European hotel. Think twice before booking.
