The location is in the busy Ximending area, which is convenient for travelers’ itineraries, but the room’s soundproofing is poor—people walking in the corridor, the neighboring room’s housekeeping, and the motor of the ventilation fan are all audible, making it hard to sleep.

The location was superb, especially in the first few days, and the room was huge and roomy, with a large bathroom. However, when we requested housekeeping, they didn’t change the sheets or clean the floor; my hair was still under the pillows and it looked like they just pushed it aside and covered it. Also, there was confusion over when we could use the washing machine: the male staff let us use it until the scheduled time, but a female staff member stopped us one day even though there was still an hour left before closing. Despite these details, the hotel was pleasant at first, and the location more than compensates.
