Breakfast was excellent with a rich selection, though I would occasionally welcome oatmeal (e.g., instant in a pouch). We didn’t like how some parents let their children play with fairly expensive “toys” like a tag, slamming them into pool balls. But the hotel can’t be blamed for that.

Luxurious dining compensated for some minor shortcomings in the accommodation; the option to use the pool, sauna, or purchase a wellness bath was highly appreciated, as was the ability to borrow a bathrobe. The only issue was that the room was relatively small and the bathrooms were not very cleverly designed, but everything was clean, undamaged, and functional.

The hotel is well placed, in a pleasant setting with good accessibility. The staff were nice and the breakfast was superb. The wellness area only has one pool and one small sauna; there were no slippers or slippers in the room. The bathroom was tiny and outdated.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. The pool stayed open even in September. There was a disabled parking space and a lift from the parking level. I wished there were more cabinets with shelves.
