We were a little hesitant as we booked the cheapest room however it absolutely succeeded our expectations and was even better than the photos. The staff were amazing and it was so so clean. Best place we have stayed in Vietnam!

After confirming the booking, we were told via WhatsApp and Booking that there were no rooms left and we were asked to cancel.

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was a disaster. After booking through a third-party website, we were told that our room had been given away because we checked in after 5pm. We rebooked and were assured that everything was fine, but then the hotel told us that the room had been given away anyway. It's unacceptable to treat customers like this.

I had a nightmare experience at this hotel - I arrived at 2am and was told that my room had been given away because I hadn't paid in advance. It was a real hassle and I ended up having to find another hotel. Needless to say, I won't be back.
