“Bella struttura, ma il resto lascia seriamente a desiderare, assistenza 0!”

The building is nice, located in a good complex, and well‑maintained, but I rarely have trouble sleeping because of loud noises from the room and outside. I tried calling the staff at 23:00, but nobody answered until the next morning, so after check‑in you’ll have no help if you need it; the staff is completely absent and there’s no assistance.

A gorgeous and welcoming room, practically right in the city center. It was impeccably clean and well maintained.

The building was clean and easy to reach, and the location was great for the historic center. In the morning we had masons right outside the terrace, which was not very pleasant.

“Bonne adresse Lecce à 2 pas du centre”

Ten minutes from the old town, the room was spacious and had a jacuzzi. The linens were spotless and the welcome kit (coffee, tea) was fine. The room door isn’t insulated; you can hear everything in the hall, especially the main door slamming loudly.

La cortesia e la disponibilità della signora addetta alle camere, che ha garantito una perfetta pulizia ed ha risolto il problema della presenza dell'acqua sul pavimento. La camera era senza finestra e questo lo ritengo una mancanza notevole. Inoltre era poco insonorizzata e quindi abbiamo avuto problemi con i rumori interni. Un problema con una perdita di acqua sul pavimento, di cui non si è capita la provenienza, è stato risolto solo la mattina successiva, perché nella struttura non c'è personale a cui rivolgersi. Da controllare la guarnizione inferiore della doccia, non è ben sigillata
