Close to Urubici's center, cozy and fully equipped with the utensils I need, but the path to the chalet is rutted and unpaved; coming by motorcycle with luggage and a sidecar made getting around a real challenge.

The whole thing was a disaster. The address was vague, the cabin sits way out in the sticks and the directions were wrong, so we ended up relying on a neighbor to get us there. When we finally showed up after dark nobody answered; I was banging on the door, clapping, even honking, and instead of anyone opening they fired a shot over our car, which scared my wife and left my son shaken. Bottom line: I can’t recommend this place to anyone visiting Urubici.

The room felt really cozy, but everything was so meticulously done that it started to feel a bit over‑the‑top. Nice vibe, just wish it wasn’t so fussy.
