The staff were very attentive, but for our age group the staircase was a problem.

The location is definitely good, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is acceptable, but the TV is old and you can’t watch YouTube or air channels; the employee tried to fix it but failed, and room 223 lacks enough hangers.

The spot is great, but the TV in the room is hard to use, they never leave an extra roll of toilet paper and you always have to ask for it, and the breakfast was really poor.

Everything was very clean and tidy, the room was a bit small but the beds were comfortable and the AC worked fine, breakfast was good, there were plenty of towels, a shower set, soap and shampoo, no toilet paper in the room but a bidet shower was available, so everything was fine.
