We stayed at Aster Penthouse and it was fantastic—central spot with gorgeous city views, rooms matched the photos, clean and roomy. A big shout‑out to caretaker Mr Tarak who went above and beyond for even the smallest requests. Breakfast buffet ran from 8‑10:30 am and offered a wholesome spread. The hosts were always on hand and even after checkout we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours. This will be our go‑to for future visits.

Water seeped all around the room at Aster Penthouse while it rained outside, and towels were already hanging near the window before we arrived, showing they knew about the leak and did nothing. After we complained we were moved to Aster Heritage on Park Street, but the old building was in need of maintenance. At check‑in we were shocked by a foul stench in the bathroom that smelled like a public toilet, and we had to ask the caretaker to pour disinfectant and spray room freshener. The stay, meant to be relaxing, turned into a hygienic nightmare.
The toilets need to be cleaned more thoroughly and refurbished.
The property is very good, rooms neat and clean, and the location is amazing—worth every penny.

The hospitality from the four staff members, especially Tarak, was great. I was in meetings all day and he was right there helping me get whatever I needed to my room. Excellent service from Tarak and the rest of the boys, and the in‑house kitchen had great food and service. Come one, man, I liked everything here.
