“Very disappointing and not worth the money we paid. The property is beautiful and has so much potential however we got”

The property itself looked nice, but the road leading to it was rough. We felt the host didn't want us there; she couldn't locate our reservation and seemed confused upon arrival, almost as if she was reluctant. The path was littered with garbage, including a feminine pad wrapper. Inside, there was no toilet paper and no key to lock the room. The room was cute and the bed comfortable, yet the thin wooden floors were poorly insulated, and a critter tried to scratch its way into the floor all night, keeping us awake. There was no heat, and the hot water cut off halfway through the shower. We arrived hungry and found no food; the path to get in was rough. When we asked about food at the Farm Stay, she said no until we convinced her to make us breakfast for dinner (egg and instant noodles). If you're on a motorcycle trip like us, consider staying 20 minutes further away where there are more accommodations.

The location is very scenic, with an attractive main building that has bedrooms and several bungalows up the hill. A viewpoint at the top of the hill is worth visiting. However, the room lighting was very poor. I paid a rate that included breakfast, but there was none. The restaurant was permanently closed. It seemed like the place could be fantastic, but at the time of my visit there was little effort to make it appealing to visitors. The town is 2 km away for food, but there isn’t much to eat when you get there. The owner should spend more time there to improve the experience.

The hotel offers full amenities close to the main road and the district center. It is clean, has a beautiful view, and the prices are reasonable. The staff are enthusiastic.

The location is nice, not far from Bắc Hà and on a main road. The farm has a maximum of 7 rooms for 2–4 guests, so it feels peaceful and pleasant. The scenery and decorations are stunningly beautiful, everything is impeccably clean, and there is a cleaning staff who tidies daily. The price is very good even during the holiday. The staff and owner are friendly, kind, and very enthusiastic. There is a campfire, a plum orchard, a vegetable garden, and horses and oxen grazing daily near the grassland. The hilltop view of Lùng Phình is spectacular.
