The host only speaks Chinese, but he was still super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend eating on site – the food was amazing! The bed was comfy and the spot is perfect to kick off a long hike at Gubeikou.

Had a great night in China – the place was spotless, cozy, and the family running it were super friendly. I’d definitely stay here again.

Boss was super enthusiastic, even tried local dishes. The room was clean, tidy, and comfy. River at the entrance and just a short walk to the Great Wall.
