The proximity to strategic places like Stazione Termini and the Castro Pretorio metro stop was fairly good. The “included” breakfast consisted of a few small tetra packs of microfiltered lactose‑free milk, cereal bars, good‑brand biscuits, and bottled fruit juices. There was also a coffee machine with capsules and a kettle with tea bags for various infusions. It would have been better to have single‑dose sachets instead of a sugar bowl. When booking, the photos showed several rooms, including one that seemed to have a terrace, and I imagined that was the room described as “with patio.” Instead, at check‑in we were given a room taken from a damp basement whose only natural light came from the front door window. Fortunately the climate control worked, but the humidity in the room, signs of water infiltration on the wooden floor and walls disappointed us a lot. The standalone bathtub, which could have seemed nice, was not at all practical for showering. The drain in the tub took an extremely long time to empty. During the first shower, in an attempt to improve the flow, hair clumps came out. Finally, some small signs of wear and damage gave the impression that the place was not particularly well maintained by the owner—there was a hole in a locked door from which noises came even at night, probably from other guests in other parts of the house. If we had known earlier that we would get a room below the street level, we would have chosen another place, but we realized it too late and settled for two nights.

The location was a bit, good air conditioning, decent attitude barely. Not much, the room was quite simple, no meals at all, no fridge in the room, water barely flowed, sometimes there was no water at all, we won’t return.

The location was good, safe and convenient, with polite and respectful service in a nice neighborhood. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and the bathroom was good. However, communication before arrival was difficult. When we got there, there were many stairs and hanging pictures in a very narrow space, which felt dangerous. Room 4, where we stayed, was extremely low; we had to bend over all the time and hit our heads several times. Breakfast was offered through Booking, but it was no longer available upon arrival – a discount was offered, but it was still an inconvenience. The room lighting was poor, with a lamp and a skylight.

We stayed there as a couple and were pleased with the courteous staff, who even let us use the room bathroom after checkout, which was a nice surprise. The room was small but clean and had all the necessary comforts, including a breakfast set with a coffee machine, water, and snacks, which we appreciated. The location was decent, about 10 minutes from the metro stop and just under a minute from a bus stop that goes straight to Termini station. If we return to Rome, we’ll choose this place again, thanks! I would suggest adding a fan in the room (even though it was fine for the current mild heat) and changing the pillows.
